At 3 Sisters, we want you to love every piece you purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe feels perfect, providing a seamless process for finding your right fit or style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with all original 3 Sisters tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
